Deine Aufgaben

  • Development, governance, and continuous enhancement of group?wide controlling and performance management governance, including KPIs, standards, and policies
  • Overall responsibility for strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and group?wide management reporting
  • Analysis and commentary on business performance at group level, including the derivation of steering measures and corrective actions
  • Business partner to the Executive Board, CFO, and divisions; active support and constructive challenge of strategic and operational decision?making processes
  • Steering of investment, corporate cost, and overhead controlling at group level
  • Leadership and/or coordination of group?wide controlling projects and transformation initiatives (e.g., processes, systems, tools, digitalization)
  • Ensuring a consistent, standardized, and business?oriented group performance management model, in close alignment with Group Finance

Dein Profil

  • Completed degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or comparable; additional professional qualifications are an advantage
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in group/corporate controlling within an international corporate or consulting environment, including multiple years in a strategic and/or leadership role
  • Strong expertise in group performance management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting
  • Proven experience in designing and further developing group?wide controlling governance structures, standards, processes, and steering models
  • Distinct business partner profile with direct interaction with the Executive Board, CFO, and divisional management; ability to critically challenge business performance and decision?making
  • Experience in group?wide transformation, optimization, and digitalization initiatives within a finance/controlling environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with full professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
