Aufgaben

  • You will take care of our international guests, as well as our VIP and regular guests.
  • You will organize and fulfill guest requests.
  • You will handle complaints professionally.
  • You will take on Manager on Duty responsibilities.

Profil

You can handle hectic situations during peak times well, keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and bring a natural warmth and friendliness to the role. You are fluent in German and English.
