Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an excellent opportunity for a German Speaking Player Support Specialist working for Riot Games, based in Bulgaria. This role is ideal for enthusiastic gamers who are fluent in German and passionate about delivering exceptional player support. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking players, assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a high-quality player experience.
Deine Aufgaben
- Provide exceptional player support in German through various communication channels including email and chat
- Assist players with game-related questions, technical issues, and account management
- Resolve player concerns quickly and efficiently to enhance player satisfaction
- Document player interactions accurately to support service improvements
- Collaborate closely with developers and community teams to convey player feedback
- Stay informed about Riot Games‘ titles, updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
Dein Profil
- Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is beneficial
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games‘ titles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions to players
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple player inquiries
- Willingness to work in Bulgaria and adapt to a dynamic work environment
